trying to fix a broken theme
I don’t mind sharing, usually, but the image leeching that this site has been going through during the last couple of months has gotten a little out of hand. MySpace and Kwick.de users (I had never even heard of the latter community, and upon brief inspection it looks pretty shitty if I may be so frank) have been especially fond of the Shane for Hugo Boss underwear pics, so much in fact that one of these images amounted to nearly 1,000 hits a day!
I simply had to put a stop to this because I do pay for my webspace and traffic after all. Hotlinking from these sites therefore is blocked, as of last Friday. I don’t mind the occasional link from a forum or blog, but would obviously prefer it if people could upload them to their own server, or make use of the many free alternatives such as Photobucket, ImageShack or Picasa.
As for the underwear picture, I briefly considered taking the humorous route and replace Shane with someone else in underwear, LOL. But let’s face it, when it comes to so-called Switcheroos, nothing can beat this one (NSFW). Which is why a pretty tame image will inform you that hotlinking is bad form. For now.
I have been sitting in a waiting room for 1.5 hours now and I’m really bored (and cold). But look what I found in magazines:
That old fart Karl Lagerfeld (sorry, just don’t like him because he condones fur) and goddess Beth Ditto. Total beauty and the beast composition. Beth being the beauty, obvs!
And Kanye West sandwiched between two really cool ladies – the incomparable Róisín Murphy, and his girlfriend Amber Rose. It would be quite dreamy if Kanye and Róisín were to collaborate on something in the future, don’t you think?

A comment that Ricky Gervais once made at the Emmy awards comes to mind: “Look at his stupid face!”
ohnotheydidnt: Kermit Bale: “What do Christian Bale and Kermit the Frog have in common? More than you might realize… (and yes, clearly I have far too much time on my hands.)”

Am I the only one who is quite glad that these guys aren’t really naked?
AppleInsider | No iPods, iPhones allowed in Gates household
I kinda hope that Melinda Gates was merely quoted out of context. Or maybe she was saying that their kids are too young for these kinds of gadgets?
