Stephen Colbert makes a cameo on ‘House’
I’m glad that I wasn’t just imagining this.
I was cleaning up my hard drive when I found this screenshot that I took a while ago. It’s taken from the agency website of Cass Bird. I admire Cass Bird – she is my favourite photographer, and judging by the “Two minutes with…” videos on the former website, she’s a really funny and cool person to boot.
As a result, I constantly peruse the two websites posted above to check if any new photographs have been added, and this one kind of struck me. Could it show Jorja Fox surfing? I know that she does surf, and the face really resembles hers, but it’s the bikini that I’m not so sure about. I don’t know, she just does not strike me as the sort of person who would wear a zebra stripes-patterned bikini. Plus, has her hair ever been that long? I’m confused. What do you think?

This is not going to be a regular feature, but I feel compelled to add a few random thoughts about last night’s episode of The L Word, confidently titled “LMFAO”. If I were to name it, I would go for “Ewwww”. But that does not begin with an L. My other choice would have been “Allllllice”, because Alice was the star of that episode – but that doesn’t begin with an L, either. Maybe a simple “LOL” would have sufficed.
The episode starts out with the magical appearance and then disappearance of Shane’s tattoo. For 99.9% of the viewers it started with something else, but I am too squicked out to even mention it here.
Here’s the tattoo – prominently placed on Shane’s (or rather, Kate Moennig’s) right side.

Close-up:

And here is Shane getting dressed. See the right side of her back? No tattoo in sight. I was almost desperately clinging to tattoo-spotting so I wouldn’t have to acknowledge what was really happening in that scene. Maybe the lighting was kinda low from that side, making it disappear. Either way – slightly dodgy.
